For student financial protection and fraud prevention, Study Abroad Manuel does NOT collect university tuition deposits, flight ticket money, or official embassy visa fees into our company bank accounts.

  • Tuition Deposits: Paid directly via Flywire, Convera, or university bank accounts.
  • Visa Application Fees: Paid directly on official government portals (UKVI, IRCC, US Consulate, TLScontact, VFS Global).
  • Agency Fees: Only covers our dedicated consulting, document packaging, and mock interview services.

Refund & Deferral Policy

We believe in fairness and long-term partnership with our students:

  • Intake Deferrals: If your visa is delayed or you must defer to the next intake, our agency services roll over 100% with no extra re-filing charges.
  • Admission Guarantee Clause: In the rare event that no admission offer is secured across all shortlisted schools despite verified qualification criteria, service credits are fully re-applied or refunded per your agreement.
  • Document Integrity: Submitting fraudulent bank statements or fake certificates immediately voids all refund terms and terminates representation.

Yes. Profile review, destination recommendations, eligibility checking, budget estimations, and initial WhatsApp consultations are completely free. You only pay if you formally contract us to manage your university applications and visa filing.

For our 400+ partner universities, application fees are typically waived ($0 school application fee). For non-partner institutions that mandate an institutional application fee (e.g. $50–$100), this fee is paid directly on the university's portal with your card.

No separate fee is charged by Study Abroad Manuel for student loan pre-assessment. When you process your university admission with us, loan guidance is bundled seamlessly. The lending provider applies an administrative origination fee (typically 5%) directly from the disbursed loan amount upon enrollment.

Service scope varies depending on your targeted country, degree level, whether you have previous visa refusals, and whether you require credential evaluations (WES) or specialized mock interviews. We provide an exact, written fixed-price quote with zero hidden charges before you commit.
